My home is 2900 sq ft, brand new. Your space would be 1 lg br, walk in closet, own bathroom, loft area with work space, room is upstairs, laundry room also upstairs. It’s furnished but if you have your own bedroom furniture I can move mine out. Big back yard with gazebo and sitting areas in quiet neighborhood. Upgraded kitchen. No pets no smoking. I work evenings mon-Thurs so lots of private time. I’m friendly and easy going, respectful of your privacy, but also love for us to be friends! Can’t wait to meet you. .
