Pretty average by Colorado standards. I snowboard and attend shows as much as possible. I work nights and like to get chores/errands done before work. I'm an aspiring writer, so that occupies a good amount of my free time (when I'm feeling inspired). I'm cool with partying, or relaxing, just moderation in all things. My dog is 13, and truly the best. No barking, begging, jumping, or other annoying behavior. He's cool just laying on the couch watching television.

Modest sized home, with tons of convenience. Right on the 15 bus line. Several restaurants, yoga studios, grocery stores, dispensaries, park (w/ basketball and lit tennis courts), and all you could need within a stone's throw. Parking is no problem. Laundry in the basement. Fenced in backyard. Communal area has television with HBO, Hulu, Disney plus, Netflix, Spotify.... I ride my bicycle pretty much everywhere unless I'm headed up to the mountains. This really is the best of both worlds, incorporating quiet safety with urban convenience... Shared bathroom is less than ideal, but totally manageable, especially when you see this jacuzzi bathtub... The price would include all utilities (gas, electric, wifi, trash/recycling, etc) and the lease term could definitely be extended if the match is a good fit...
