The townhome is in a gated community just northwest of downtown and south of the heights.

Home is next to Coastline Pizzeria and Chevron gas station with Z convenience store.

Home is within 1 mile of Downtown Houston, Target, Kroger, Total Wine, Momentum Climbing, Cycle Bar, Orange Theory Fitness, F45, Buffalo Bayou Brewery, Urban South Brewery, City Orchard Cidery, Holler Brewery, Platypus Brewery, White Oak Trail, Buffalo Bayou Trail, the Cistern Washington Ave., Memorial Highway, Allen Parkway and I-10 East and West and I-45 North and South on ramps.

Access to the home can be had via punch code for the automated locks or physical key.
