Hi! I'm Brandon! A fitness enthusiast as well as an artist and father to two wonderful girls. I'm looking to rent out the third room in my townhouse. The ideal candidate would be someone who is courteous and mindful of others and obviously is able to meet the monthly rent amount. My daughters will often visit on the weekends, so renter must be ok with children being around. First month's rent will be waived as the room needs to be furnished however utilities will still be expected to be paid. The gender does not matter only the quality of your character. Ooo and the location of the property is in morrow Georgia however that was not an option when selecting the location.
