Live on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a condo in far north Dallas. It is located just off the DNT between Arapaho and Keller Springs. The available 2nd bedroom has it's own bathroom and a decently-sized walk-in closet. The room is currently furnished with a twin bed, bed-side table and a desk, but furnishings are negotiable. The condo has a full-sized washer and dryer.

The room comes with an assigned space in the underground parking garage. The condo common area has a pool. I do work from home from the living room more days than not, so if you have a schedule that has you watching TV in the middle of the day, that probably won't work out.

I am looking for a female roommate who is open to being friends. I am politically middle of the road, but religiously conservative so I would like a roommate who is fine with keeping the entertainment in the home more PG-13 than not. Friends are welcome to stay with permission, but no overnight boyfriends please. Tobacco and other illicit substances are a hard no for me.

HOA requires that all renters are able to pass a background check.

I don't have any pets, but I wouldn't mind a well-behaved cat or dog.

Price includes internet and electricity.
