We haven't finalized the lease on a room yet, we just have some potential places we're looking into. We're hoping to get the roommate situation finalized before we commit to a lease, so we know exactly what we're getting into. We have a realtor we're working with, and we're trying to find apartments with easy access to the loop in the $1,400-1,700 area. With rent split 3 ways, that'd be about $500 per person per month. We're super willing to work with someone on specific location/ apartment amenities as we're finalizing the place!
