Grant V - $1,500/month

I'm a 25 year old male who currently works in the construction industry in downtown Chicago. I've lived in Chicago (Old Town) for the last 3 years since moving here after graduating college at Clemson University. I'm typically out of the apartment relatively early to head into work everyday and often go to the gym after the work day.

I'm looking for 1 - 3 roommates, who'd preferably like to live in the Old Town, Lincoln Park, or Lakeview neighborhoods. I'm looking for an August 1st lease start date, but have the ability to be flexible if needed. Additionally, I have a budget of $1,500 a month per person, but would like to find an apartment under this amount if possible.

I'm a tidy person who likes to keep my apartment well kept. I typically do a fair amount of cooking, but will always be certain to clean up after myself.

I enjoy watching/playing sports, casually hanging out with friends/roommates, and exploring the city for new events and different restaurants/bars. Ideally, I'm looking for likeminded roommates who'd enjoy engaging in different social events together.
