Cozy private bedroom and private half-bath and a shared full bath located in a quiet area in Santa Monica within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops, and close to the 405 entrance, UCLA, and LAX. Our current roommate moved out, prompting us to find a new roommate to take over. We currently have a month-to-month lease, but may sign a year lease. We do have a cat, and hope to get another one but she is essentially a dog in a cat body. Your room is large enough for a bed and desk with ample walking space. The closet doors are replaced by full length mirrors. Must be semi-tolerant of kush as well.
