Available Room for Rent

Roommate needed asap in 2b/2b north apartment

My current roommate is moving out on Dec 31st. You would be taking his room on a 10 month lease. Private room, private bath on a first floor apartment. The room/bathroom will be completely empty/unfurnished/clean when you are ready to move in.

The whole apartment is a little over 1,000 square ft, right off of 35 near 183. Everything is super close by. Rent is $647 a month, plus utilities, which usually come out to around $30 per person. Internet is $40 per person, and then electricity is separate. I have a washer and dryer in unit. The apartment has a pool, and parking is convenient.
