Hello!
My husband and I rent the second floor of our home. There are two bedrooms and a new bathroom. The larger of the two rooms is now available. The other room is occupied by a lovely 60+ lady. Nobody goes upstairs except you and her.
Your fully furnished room with a full sized bed comes with a coffee maker, medium sized refrigerator, microwave, and toaster.Our kitchen on the first floor is available to you occasionally if you like 9am-5pm.
There is a furnished front porch and backyard for your use.
We currently have a cat, but may be getting a small breed dog in the future.
No guests are allowed upstairs, but are welcome on the porch or in the backyard.
Parking is usually easy to find on our block.
Our neighborhood has one of the lowest crime indexes in the city. There is a strip of stores right around the corner - bagel shop, liquor store, pizzeria, butcher, dry cleaners, candy store, and a 24 hour mini mart!
We ask that your stay is at least 3 months.
