Full time working, quiet and polite/respectful. Used to party alot in my 20's, but now only go out once a month with a couple friends. I smoke weed, but on the patio we have outside the backdoor. Mostly I just work, come home and game or watch tv. I have a dog, who has cancer and less than 1 year to live, but he has a good quality of life right now. Also have a 6 month old kitten. Looking for someone how can reliably pay their half of the rent and be respectful.
The place is pretty big and spacious, its 1125 + 100 in utilities/internet for a total of 1225 per month. Its located above a hair salon on the Danforth ave between Main and Victoria Park, about an eight minute walk to either subway station.

Furnished living room and kitchen. Big bedroom is available, with closet and skylight. We have a decent size living room,kitchen with dishwasher and stove. Washing machine and dryer are in a closet. Decent size bathroom and shower. Back patio area is large. Rooms get plenty of light with the skylights and/or windows. There is no bugs of any kind, which is a blessing in Toronto. Anything you want to bring is fine.
