I have pets - 3 small dogs, a Cockatiel and a Betta fish. I just purchased the house so I am working on it a bit. I have a sig other and if spending time with him, it will likely be outside the home. I don’t have local friends as I just moved here in 2024, but my daughter will occasionally come to town to visit for the weekend. I work 7:30 - 4 weekdays.

The room is upstairs and private. It can be furnished and there is currently a twin sized bed that can be used if needed. I will need to rearrange some things and can take input from prospective tenant as to what they prefer in the space. The single bathroom may present a small challenge but I’m sure we can work it out. All utilities, use of laundry and WiFi are included.
