Asl 1/2 trash and electric. So this is what you will pay to move in first and last months rent together $1700 cleaning depot $500 a total to move in is $2200. No smoking inside. Room for rent has heat and is air-conditioned. Shared one bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Small fenched back yard. Washer and dryer. Parking in driveway.
