Hi my name scarlett and we are a family home looking to rent to you! We have a very large house and plenty of space and privacy. Your room has its own private bathroom, the room is about 250-300sqft. Yes you’d have your own master suite room. We have 3 master suites in our houseLike I said we are a family home and looking for a social roommate. Our last roommate was a hermit and only came out when she needed to eat or shower and we are not looking for someone who is like that. We won’t be a good fit if you’re antisocial. We like to have morning coffee chats, cook and eat dinner together so you’ll be welcome to eat with us always. I raise ducks and chickens for eggs, and meat. We’re planning to buy more chickens due to the egg prices. Your rent of $1300 covers water, electricity, WiFi. If you want cable or your own private internet then you will have to pay for the internet yourself.
