I have two rooms available. (1) This master-size bedroom that comes with a bed and desk. Rent is $700/mo with a $500 deposit. (2) A smaller room that comes with a bed and walk-in closet. Rent is $650/mo with a $450 deposit. More pics available. The house is about 2,000 sf, 4 br 2.5 ba. with full-size washer and dryer. Located in Centennial Hills/Northwest Vegas in a safe neighborhood. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and gyms nearby. The 215 and 95 are about a mile away. Rent includes all utilities. I have WiFi and Roku for streaming with HBO Max, Hulu & more! Roommates would need to be drug-free and no smoking of any kind. I lease the house so you would need to submit an app for the rental company and need proof of income. Open to either female or male roommates.

ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD
I am a high school counselor within CCSD and I also do side work for extra income, so I am gone a lot. You would have access to the whole house, but feel free to be as private as you want to be. I’m easy-going and friendly but also respectful of space. I do have a 17-year old cat, who stays mostly in my room, and a 7-yr old dog. You must love dogs as he is a snuggler. I have room for 1 more dog/cat and it would be an additional $25 for pet rent. The bathroom would be shared. My fiancé and his son (21 years old) will be joining the household at some point when they relocate to Vegas, so you would need to be ok with that. However, when they get here, your monthly share of utilities will go down.
