Room for rent in spatious, well-lit 4 bedroom/2 bathroom in Hamilton height

One room is available in our 4 bed/2 bath rooms in west Harlem/Hamilton height, within walking distance to Columbia and City College.

The rent is $1150, plus electricty and internet. The room is available the first of september for 1y lease. Most of the furniture will be moved out, but if needed we can leave the bed and some shelfs at first.

The roommates are in their mid 20s/early 30s, Tom is a french postodctoral researcher in physics, Astrid is a norwegian grad student in political science and Zoe is a chinese student at the Columbia school of engineering.
We want to keep the flat a clean and friendly. We are pretty independant but like to spend some time together in the living room once in a while. We are looking for someone like-minded, is clean, considerate and with whom we'd appreciate spending some time with.

The apartment is on 136th & Broadway, a few steps from line 1, 10 min from City College and 20 minutes from Columbia by foot. We get great lighting and view, 6th floor with elevator in a well maintained building. Large and cozy living room/kitchen are fully furnished/stocked. No in-unit laundry but laundromat on the other side of the street.
The room is 15'x7' and can fit a full or queen sized bed, plus furniture (dresser, desk etc.), has one in-wall closet and nice view towards the west. Queen or Full size bed can be fitted against the window as shown or closer to the door to leave room by the window.
