I'm looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in my 2 bed/2 bath condo in Central Phoenix near 12th St & Indian School.
The bedroom is unfurnished and approximately 116 sq ft, with a large double-door closet and a window. You'll have your own private bathroom. The kitchen and living areas are furnished and shared.
The condo features hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, nice countertops/cabinets, in-unit washer and dryer, central AC, Wi-Fi, and a private patio. The community has a pool, spa, and grill. Open community parking is available, and I've had no trouble finding a space.
The location is convenient to dining, shopping, parks, public transportation, downtown Phoenix, and freeway access.
I'm 27, work as a line cook, and am looking for someone clean, respectful, responsible, and reliable. I'm generally quiet and keep to myself, but I'm friendly and don't mind hanging out occasionally. I enjoy cooking, gaming, and collecting/listening to records.
