Newly renovated Fordham University off campus apartment. 5 minute walk to campus. Parallel to Arthur Ave. (little italy) Clean apartment/room and is furnished with bed, free standing closet and 3 small drawers. Each room has an a/c-heating unit and this room gets plenty of natural light. The person subletting the room will be sharing with two other female Fordham University students. (I am traveling abroad spring 2026 and had this room rented but the person backed out in late Dec. because she decided to study abroad as well). Of course, you would have an opportunity to speak with the other students who are currently living in the apartment before officially deciding.
