About the Apartment

Seeking a new roommate for our 3-bedroom apartment! Located in the heart of Astoria, our building is minutes from the 30th Avenue train station (N & W lines) as well as countless laundromats, grocery stores, restaurants, and gyms. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious, and has a great private balcony that’s perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks.

The bedroom itself is peaceful and overlooks our backyard. It comes unfurnished but can fit a queen-size bed, has a built-in A/C unit, and ample storage space. You’d be sharing a bathroom with your two other hip roommates.

About the Roommates

The aforementioned hip roommates are kind, respectful, professional women in their late 20s and early 30s who would prefer another kind, respectful, female roommate. We tend to do our own thing but always enjoy catching up when our paths cross and will occasionally indulge in a group dinner or a Netflix show. We keep our communal spaces clean and, while we don’t assign chores, take turns cleaning said communal spaces.
