Available Room for Rent
Apartment
The rent is $2000 for a 2 bed 2 bath, so that's $1000/person. This is just a listing for my current apartment. My roommate is moving out after the fall semester due to graduating, and I need someone new to continue the lease starting in the spring semester (exact date is negotiable). The current lease term is until August 23, 2023, so just up to the beginning of the fall semester next year. The apartment is pretty big (1332sq.ft.) and so far we've had no problems with the complex. It has an in-unit washer/dryer, and I have a sofa and dining set that I'll be keeping after my roommate moves out.
