A bright, spacious room is available in the top unit of a beautiful Victorian home right in the heart of Haight-Ashbury. The room has hardwood floors, great light, and stained glass windows throughout the home. It comes furnished with a queen mattress, frame, and dresser (optional if you’d like to bring your own). The color can be freshened up before move-in or repainted to your preference.

The home features heated floors, tile and wood throughout, and new carpet in the upstairs living area. There’s a washer/dryer in unit, a five-burner gas stove, double oven, and new dishwasher.

You’ll share the home with two professionals in tech (early 30s) and one roommate in her mid-20s who’s moving abroad for grad school in February. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and often traveling or staying with partners, so you’ll sometimes have the space to yourself.

Rent is $2,150/month, including WiFi, water, and garbage. PG&E is split evenly. One-year lease preferred. Available immediately. A small pet may be considered.

Shared backyard with patio furniture and grill, easy street parking (no permit needed), and bike storage in the garage.
