It is a 2BD/2BA Apartment. It comes fully furnished, but you will need to bring your essentials such as bedding, pots and pans, bathroom essentials, etc. It comes with a Full bed, private bathroom, a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, and a living room and balcony on the 5th floor. It also includes a Washer and Dryer in unit.
Your rent includes parking, cable, internet, lawn care, landscaping, and pest control. Water and Light will be split between you and your roommate. Pets are also welcome! The lease contract is from August 15, 2020 - July 31, 2021. You are required to have a guarantor over the age of 18.
