Considered in town but situated more in a country setting with lots of greenery. Grocery stores, banks & gas stations are all within 2 miles and close to the 15 fwy. You will have full access to the house, kitchen and washer/dryer.
Your room comes with a very comfortable queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a smart tv, ceiling fan, and full closet. No additional storage available, so if you have your own furniture, you will need to store it somewhere else.
We are a very amenable married couple with a friendly Frenchie & cat to match. We are LGBTQ, alcohol & 420 friendly, you must be as well. This is not a “party” house, but we do like to entertain dinner guests when possible. We love pets, but ask that you do NOT bring yours.
This is on a month-to-month basis, available until end of November for a single person, no couples.
