I'm looking for a roommate in my 2 BR 1 BA apartment in Bushwick! Move-in Feb 1 and it is a 1 year lease.
Apartment is near the M (Central Ave) and L (Dekalb) stations. Manhattan is at least 30 minutes away. I have already furnished all common spaces. The apartment building is around 5 years old and you can do laundry in the basement.
Rent is $1200 per month excluding utilities (electricity, heat and internet) + deposit.
I am looking for someone clean, very friendly and has no pets. Guests are totally fine with me as long as we keep the apartment clean and organized.
