Master Bedroom for Rent in Mount Vernon Square

Hi everyone! I'm moving out of my master bedroom and my roommates are looking for a replacement! We have a master bedroom with a private bath available in our 3BR/2BA flexed apartment (Yale West Apartments). I'm looking for someone to move into the room before the end of the year but preferably sooner. The rent is $1260 per month, lease ending June 15th 2021, and utilities generally are around $50-80 per month with a laundry unit inside the apartment as well.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area; it is located within a 2 minute walk to a 24/7 hr Safeway, 10 minute walk to the Chinatown metro station, and a 5 minute walk to the Mount Vernon metro station. There is also a circulator stop nearby (5 minute walk) and a number of bus stops around the area. Mt. Vernon square has plenty of restaurants, bars, and gyms in the neighborhood and the amenities that the apartment offers include a roof top pool, gym, parking garage, and a luxurious lounge.
