3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Brooklyn Apartment

Hi! My roommate and I need to move out of our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. The apartment is available for lease takeover or sublease (we prefer to sublease or transfer the whole apartment versus an individual room, but we're open to discuss your situation). The building is a short 3-5 minute walk to the 2/5 subway (Winthrop Street Station), a Key Food grocery store and a CVS pharmacy, and it’s just a 10-15 minute walk to the Q and Prospect Park. There’s laundry in the building, cardio equipment and a shared backyard. If you would like a video of the apartment or want to come by to take a look, please send me a message.

*Please note that good credit and proof of income is required for approval.
