- The house opens into a beautiful foyer which currently has a piano.
- Large living room with big windows overlooking the greenery outside on this quiet street and is open for you to furnish if you like.
- Modern kitchen with all the appliances necessary including a dishwasher.
- Washer and dryer on site.
- Big Garage available for additional storage or to park a vehicle.
- The garden in the backyard gets plenty of sun and also has a pretty little sitting area.
- Walking distance to North Berkeley BART and other public transit options.
- Within biking or walking distance to Whole Foods, Berkeley Natural Groceries, Monterey Market, Solano Avenue, REI, Walgreens, and tons of restaurants, parks, community gardens and nurseries.
- The room you’d be occupying is 13 X 14 ft, gets lots of light and has an airy and expansive feel to it. You will be sharing your bathroom with one other female.

A few things about the overall feel of the house:
• We are two hardworking (30 y.o.), respectful women. We tend to keep the space clean/ tidy and communicate in a kind, open and assertive way with one another.
• Tend to be quiet on weeknight evenings.
• This is a vegetarian home.
• No substance use in the house.
* No pets. While we adore furry creatures of all types our landlord has a strict no pet policy.

We are seeking someone who:
• Has good boundaries and practices clear compassionate communication.
• Has a job outside of the home and is reliable / responsible.
• Is looking for a stable home.
• Values keeping things in common spaces clean and tidy.
• Ideally it would be great to share the space with someone that also values creating a sanctuary like feel to the house, and has an embodiment or spiritual practice.

Move in Cost: $1375 + Deposit (one month's rent) $1375 = $2750.
We pay pg&e, water and internet bills separately.
