I'm currently on a gap year for school. I am looking to move downtown and immediately start looking for a new job and start building a stable and productive routine outside of the house. I have been moved out and renting in the GTA for two years now and have had no issues in terms of roommates, landlords, or rent. I would describe myself as productive, organized, reliable, and like my space clean. I am quiet and to myself usually in my room, running errands, working (once I find another job at my new place until then I will be spending this time looking for a job) or out hanging with friends. I never bring guests home as the places I have lived didn't allow it and I have no issue with that. I am not usually in the kitchen as I order out a lot but am planning on starting to cook more. I don't cook late and am quiet at night. I would love the opportunity to come check out the room if you give me a chance!
