Available Room for Rent

1 room available in a house with international students

Hi everyone! We have a spot available at our place and we are currently looking for a roomie. House is located in Montgomery NW. Bus stops 1 block away (1-4 min walk) and it’s like 25-35 min to downtown depending on traffic, 13 min to Brentwood LRT and UofC , 10 mins to foothills campus, 18 min to Lions Park LRT/ SAIT and 20 min to Dalhousie LRT. There’s 2 parking spots in the back alley and free street parking. There’s several coffee shops and a grocery store less than 5 min walk. Rent is $615+utilities and the room is in the main floor(kitchen and washroom shared with one girl). We are international grad students at UofC (India, Rwanda and Mexico) we keep common areas clean (splitting chores) and get along quite well, sometimes we have dinner together or watch a movie etc, but we are also quite mindful of everyone’s schedule, time and space.
