I am looking for a friendly roommate for a January 1st move in!

I'm interested in moving to Brooklyn (pretty open to the area). My current lease ends December 31st and I'd like to sign a new one-year lease (possibly longer if we both like the energy/vibe).

I am a responsible, clean, and respectful person, so I am looking for the same.
