Rent is $1250 and all utilities are included.  The deposit is $1200.  Price is good for a year.  Rent is usually 3% increase every July.

About the Apartment

The private room is approximately 11 x 11 feet.  It includes 1 large closet across the wall with built in shelves on the sides, and additional storage is available throughout the apartment.  The room gets a lot of light during the day.  The shower in the main bathroom is shared, but my room has a 1/2 bath so the main bathroom is mostly yours.  The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and contains a full kitchen.

Utilities included: Internet, Water and Power, Large TV w/ a PS4, Nintendo Switch, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, CBS All Access. No Cable, but I’d be open to splitting that cost.   

About the Location

Abundant Street Parking with NO street sweeping.

One block from Culver and Centinela.  Great Coffee, Sushi and Mexican cuisines are only a 5 minute walk.  

5-10 minute drive from many great locations:
▪ Marina Del Rey, 
▪ Playa Vista, 
▪ Venice, 
▪ Culver City, 
▪ LAX.  
▪ The Culver bike path is literally one street away.  It’s about a 15 minute ride to the beach.   

A Little About Me

Male, 30’s, Film Producer.  I try to maintain a clean, healthy lifestyle. I work mostly later into the night, so I’m often up late. I’m a bit of a nerd and enjoy all things Star Wars, Disney, LEGO, Doctor Who, etc.  Currently, I’m working from home due to Covid-19.  

A Little About You
My health and the health of my friends/loved ones are important to me.  You must be social distancing and wearing a mask when around other people to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. I’m looking for a roommate who pays rent on time, respectful of the apartment, and clean. I don’t mind if you smoke pot or drink, just don’t smell up the apartment with pot and drink excessively.  The apartment is furnished so it’s best if you don’t have a lot of belongings.  

Unfortunately, no pets and no couples.
