Shared fenced yard with plenty of room to play. NO PETS OR SMOKING.

About us: We are in our mid 20s/early 30s. We are clean, quiet, considerate, and we aren’t partiers, but we are social and friendly.
We are looking for a roommate (a female roommate is strongly preferred) who is quiet, thoughtful, responsible, friendly but able to do their own thing socially.
