Hello! I own my own business in the Outer Banks and split my time between there and PA, but have wanted to live in NYC for a while. I am looking for a change of pace in the off-season. I am currently working on my MBA in marketing, so living with other students would be fine. I do have a corgi, Felix. I have lived alone for a while, so I am a bit rusty to the roommate situation - but I would like to find roomies who I can be friendly with. I am more of an night owl and homebody since my business is closed 3 months out of the year.
