Hello! My name's Payton, and I'm currently looking for a male roommate to fill a soon to be empty room in my apartment at Cambridge Hall Apartments, as my current roommate will be moving out by the end of July.
Cambridge Hall is right down the street from campus, about 10-15 minutes walk from any class building, and is within 20-30 minutes walk of downtown West Chester. The occupancy period will be from the end of July, until the end of May 2026. The rent will be 1053 a month before utilities, and the security deposit is 1025. You will have your own bathroom as well, that'll be right across the hall from your room. The living room, kitchen and dining area are quite spacious, and there is a balcony to relax on. The room will be on the fourth floor of the Pembroke Building here at Cambridge Hall and is elevator accessible.
A little more about me, I'm 25 years old and a recent graduate from West Chester University with a degree in Computer Science. I do own a cat and he does live within the apartment, so please be at least cat friendly. An additional cat is welcome, as Anubis is friendly enough with cats once he gets used to their presence. I'm currently working at Longwood as an IT Technical Analyst.
As for general house rules, I'm a pretty clean roommate, so all I ask is that you are at least considerate about shared spaces including the living room and kitchen. I'm not big into parties, and would prefer that parties aren't thrown in the apartment, but I have nothing against small group hang outs and what not as long as things are coordinated appropriately ahead of time.
