I'm 26 years old and I'm born and raised in Miami. I'm excited to start this next milestone and hoping to find someone who is willing to split rent, because who can afford Miami solo?

I'm very social and love to meet new people - I'm a huge reader, love to workout (strength train, yoga, Pilates, dancing), trying new food places, and traveling as much as I can. I love to go out and enjoy my city with friends, but I also don't mind spending my weekends staying home and watching movies or reading. I'd love to share a home with someone who is just as warm and friendly and can be part of my plans or prefers to do their own thing.

At home, I'm really clean and like to keep my area organized. It's nice to come home to a place where I can feel at peace and comfort. I love cooking when I can and keeping a healthy lifestyle. I don't have much furniture to bring, so I'd be fine with moving somewhere already furnished or purchasing furniture.

Overall, I'm looking for a place that's close to the train stations, such as Coconut Grove, Brickell, Design District, or Downtown for work purposes. Any place that is modern and simple would be great, with an area to park my car safely.
