Im pretty simple, I normally work 8am- 4pm. In the mornings i do light yoga before i head out to work. I work out about 3-4 times a week, so i get home a little later on those days. i enjoy quick home cooked meals. ( rice and beans, tacos, stir fried foods, smoothies, teas etc). I stay to myself for the most part. After being at work for 8 hours, i just wanna get home to relax.
