I am still currently living with another roommate who is moving out in July or possibly earlier. I would really like to stay where I’m at and am trying to explore my options for finding a roommate. I can be a little bit of a homebody but I have friends over a couple times a week. I’m really big about mutual respect with the shared spaces (Living room, kitchen, laundry room) and keeping them clean and tidy. When it comes to your personal space (bedroom, bathroom, hall closet) honestly as long as you don’t get bugs or mold, I am indifferent haha
