Couple have a furnished room for rent in their 3-bedroom single-family home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Torrance. The room has a bed/small dresser with two closets on opposite walls of the room. The bedroom measures approximately 10' x 11'. Potential tenant will be sharing a large bathroom with our other male tenant. Bathroom has a double sink vanity, shower and tub. Street parking only. No pets allowed, as we already have 1 small dog and 2 cats. Utilities are approximately $230/month (fluctuates slightly over winter & summer) in addition to monthly rent and includes: Basic WiFi/Internet, cable, water, trash, gas, electricity, housekeeper (once/mo). A background and credit check is required (good credit only), the cost of which will be covered by the potential tenant. Security deposit is $900 (fully refundable if rent is current at end of tenancy and premises are left as clean as when your tenancy began). You will have full kitchen and laundry privileges, and access to the front part of the house as a common area, including living room with fireplace. Homeowners reserve the back part of the house for their own exclusive use. Location is very close to Old Torrance, Del Amo Mall, El Camino College, Cal State Dominguez, nearby parks, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls, public transit, and the beach.
