Greetings. I own a pretty large apartment downtown Manhattan ~ 1500 sq feet and finding a bit too large for just myself. While I don't need to have a roommate, I think it would be nice to explore given the set up of my current apartment. Also, I've had roommates earlier in life and recall they were amazing experiences. My place has lots of space and opportunity so best to get in touch to discuss possibilities. I'm open to sharing it with the right person to turn it into a home.
I'm originally from the midwest but have lived in NYC for 25 years and the Fidi for 18 years so know it well. Along the way, I've accumulate a wealth of life & professional experience and am happy to share if asked. :-)
I'm generally very busy and when I have down time I enjoy going to interesting events, new restaurants, performances, and live music. Fun fact: I used to be a semi-pro latin ballroom dancer so am hoping to get back into the swing of things with that as well.
At the moment, one of my projects is "What to do with all this space?" So, I'm trying to figure form, function, and potentially a roommate.
Professionally, I'm transitioning from being a corporate CEO and Board member into being a founder of my own business. People who know me would say I am quiet, respectful, hard worker, calm, and friendly.
All ages and backgrounds welcome to inquire.

This is a unique opportunity to live in one of the most charming landmark buildings in NYC. The best way I can describe it is it feels like a true home.
My apartment is a corner unit on a high floor, so light comes in all day through eastern and southern exposures. The view is decent too. The windows are massive!
The entire apartment is newly renovated. The building itself is older full of charm and architecture not found in new buildings.
The apartment is huge. ~ 1500 sq feet.
You would have your own bedroom, which is a decent size, and bathroom.
We would share the grand living room, dining room (yes there is a separate dining room), kitchen, etc. I would have my own bedroom and bathroom. Both bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment.
All this said, I'm very open to how the space gets divided up. Do you need more space? Let's talk about it.
There is an in unit washer/dryer.
The building has a great staff - full time doorman, live in super, etc.
Best of all, the location is incredible. You are stones throw away from all major transportation, the best restaurants, shopping, etc.
