Spandana J - $1,800/month

Hi! My name is Spandana (Spa-nn-duh-nah) and I'm 23 years old. I am working as a Housing Coordinator to help formerly unhoused and low-income individuals find affordable housing in the Bay Area.

I'm pretty quiet, don't usually have guests over, and like to keep shared spaces clean. I enjoy doing a Sunday reset to keep things organized. I am an early riser (usually up around 5 am for a workout) and tend to sleep around 10-11pm, so I appreciate a calm and respectful living enviornment.

I like to meal prep dinners, so most of my cooking will be done on the weekends and I will spend the most amount of time in the kitchen likely on Saturday.

I am a bit of an introvert but open to building a friendly, comfortable roommate dynamic. In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts, reading, and trying new restuarants.

I am open to either joining an existng lease or finding a place together, ideally a 2 bed/2 bath, but I'm totally fine sharing a bathroom as well. I'm happy to collaborate on apartment hunting if needed and collabrate on figuring out a space that works for both of us.
