The room has a decent-sized walk-in closet. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Utilities (gas, water, electricity) and internet are included in the rent.

The house is located just a 5-minute drive from Chinatown with quick access to both 59 and the Beltway and is about 15 minutes from the Galleria. This is a fully furnished and equipped house with ample space to entertain and cook. There is a large fenced in backyard with a covered patio and table. There is also den, which includes a treadmill and 2 weight benches and a desk, as well as a laundry room (washer and dryer). Street parking only, but there is plenty of it!
