I enjoy cozy nights in with the convenience of last minute plans to go out and enjoy NYC, whether that’s meeting up for dinner with friends, going for a stroll in the park, or attending a dance class.

Looking for a roommate who is considerate, responsible, and a good communicator. I am very tidy and would like to establish a cleaning schedule and chores. I can get messy when life gets hectic but I always contain that mess to my own bedroom - never the common spaces, and I would expect the same! Would also love to be friends, especially if you are silly, creative, and thrifty :).

I'm a natural homebody but want to take advantage of NYC living while I'm still in my 20s! That said, a roomie who is also an extroverted introvert and wants to get out and try new things - pottery, painting, cooking classes, workout classes, dance socials, events (on a budget lol) - but can also equally enjoy a movie or game night in would be ideal!
