We both like to cook and bake; my roommate also takes regular walks around the neighborhood while I have been trying to keep up with running and virtual road races during this time. Looking for female in mid-late twenties to fill a mid-size bedroom in a 3 bedroom Central Sq, Cambridge apartment Sept 1. Rent is $885 plus utilities (gas, electricity, Internet)
Amenities: free in-unit laundry (in kitchen), on-street parking $35/year for resident sticker, balcony shared with upstairs neighborhoods
Location: <10min walk to Central Square and a 15min walk to Trader Joe's/Whole Foods and the Charles River; 5min drive to I-90 or Storrow Drive
Other: No pets, no smoking. Rotating cleaning schedule (every 2 weeks) and rotating assignments to buy common supplies (i.e. dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) Landlords are a sweet older Greek couple who request for the space to be quiet, hence no large gatherings or parties. LGBT friendly.
