Hello, do u need a clean, comfortable, affordable place to live because perhaps u don’t have the best credit, or maybe you don’t have all the money it takes to move into a place right now on your own, or maybe you just need to save money because it cost too much to live alone.

I have 1 bdrm available to rent in a 3/2 upstairs apt. Near 45 N & FM 1960 West.

Rent with all bills included is $450.00 for the 1st two months *** special conditions apply – At start of 3rd month moving forward the rent will be $575.00, Refundable security deposit of $500.00. Rent & deposit are Non-negotiable. Might be willing to split security deposit into two payments, certain criteria would apply.

Rent includes – rent, electricity, water, internet, alarm, *semi-private bathroom, full access to all shared common areas.

On a bus line and near FM 1960 which has just about everything. I will require a short pre-screening questionnaire, no personal info such as ssn#, DOB, or DL will be asked for, a standard background check will be conducted before moving in, if you’re a serious applicant.
