Two Bedroom, One Bath, upstairs apartment to share in Tustin

The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in last January. My roommate of 2 years is moving in with boyfriend, so I am looking for a new roommate.
The room you would have is 12 X 14, comes with a bed and lamp and large closet. The living room has a large television and a couch. The bathroom has one sink, lots of drawer and cabinet space, a shower/bathtub combination.
The kitchen is intimate but has new appliances, including dishwasher.
Water and gas are paid for by complex, so we split cable & internet ($72 per month) and electricity (Summer was $131 at the highest, winter was $25 at the lowest.) Rent is $2900 for both of us.
There are laundry facilities in the complex or, there are outlets for stackable washing machine / dryer in the apartment if you wish to purchase those and install them. There is a pool and jacuzzi in the complex. The complex is gated. The apartment is close to the street, though.
The neighbors are friendly and quiet.
The complex is close to the 5 and 55 freeways.
I prefer no pets, however, if you have a small animal I would have to check with the rental manager. You would be responsible for any extra fees, cleaning, or damage.
