My twin sister and I are quiet, conscientious, good-natured, and practical. We have good income, but to save more for retirement we would like to welcome a single female roommate with steady income and a pleasant demeanor to make our master suite her tranquil abode!
We are Georgia Tech graduates, aka geeks. We enjoy board games/strategy games, D&D, writing, a little gardening, walking 3 miles a few times a week, reading, TV (Science-fiction, Survivor/Amazing Race), listening to trebles singing anything, and camping. We have at times attended various churches (Methodist, Baptist, UU) and one of us loves to sing in choral choirs when she has the time.
We have a 10lb chiweenie (Chihuahua/Dachshund mix) and a 10lb Manx cat.
We work from home, though lately we have been spending 2 days a week at a library or coffee shop to get out of the house.
We did mask during COVID, and we vote for people who believe in science and ethics.
We are offering a large master suite with plenty of closet space, a private bathroom with a spa shower, free parking right in front of the home, and full access to the condo's pool and tennis court. Wheelchair accessibility could be arranged if needed.
We prefer lease lengths from 3 months to 6 months, with extensions possible if everyone is happy with the situation.

Fully furnished master suite in beautiful Avondale Estates, within easy walking distance of Lake Avondale. A sparkling pool with gas grill and tennis/pickleball courts are just steps away.
You'll have your own spacious bedroom with attached private bathroom (rainfall showerhead and spa bench), plenty of dresser and closet space, full bed with pillowtop mattress, Cable TV, a desk, bookshelves, and a recliner. You can decorate it to your liking!
You will have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, and the small sunny outdoor space where we have some chairs and could put a table and an electrical outlet as well, if you desire.
The condo complex is a beautiful tree-filled community, with parties at the pool and Avondale Lake house, and potlucks with friendly people of different ages and descriptions. There is an active pickleball group that welcomes beginners and also has some very skilled players.
Our natural visitors include owls, hawks, ruby-throated hummingbirds, coyotes, and many species of birds, including goldfinches.
