Available Room for Rent
Room for rent in new home. All utilities included
Room for rent in a new house. Baseline and 23ave. The location is near central Phoenix, very close to the airport with many fast foods, and markets nearby. 6mins to the nearest Walmart, 15mins from the airport. 15mins to downtown phoenix. 20mins to Tempe, 25mins to Mesa area or Glendale area.
$900/month all utilities included
Security deposit is one month’s rent (fully refundable upon satisfactory leave or deducted if damage is found). First month and security deposit due on move-in date for a total of 1800.
This is a month-to-month rent with a request for 30day notice upon leaving. Can be prorated. Payment due when you first arrive and then on the 1st of every month hereafter.
Must be ok with living with 3-4 other roommates including myself the homeowner. Everyone will have their own private bedroom with their own smart locks. Each roommate will have their own access and security codes.
House is cleaned and bug sprayed inside and outside.
New house in a newly built community with all modern upgraded appliances. Gated community with its own park and other nearby parks. House is a smart house with alarms and security measures. Each roommate will be provided with the gate code and house code. You will be among the first to live in it.
The room is a 10’ x 10’ carpeted room with a ceiling fan and dimmable lights, windows tinted for privacy and cooling. Can be furnished for higher rent. High ceiling of 8’.
House is 2000 sqft, 2 full bathrooms shared among the roommates.
All utilities included in monthly rent (electricity/internet/water/AC).
Furnished living room, kitchen, and backyard access. All new furniture.
All kitchen access (except for personal foods). This includes access to Keurig, verismo, hot water dispenser, instant-pot, deep fryer, air fryer, rice cooker, water carbonator, etc. New kitchen and dishware.
Reverse-osmosis water filter in kitchen and water softener with carbon filter installed.
AC kept at a cool temperature all day long along with an air purifier, humidifier, and dehumidifier if needed. A robovac cleans all the living room and kitchen every morning.
All new appliances are available for use including laundry and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, back-yard grill, and 2x refrigerators.
High-speed Fiber optics Cox internet with fast wifi (unlimited internet, please don’t abuse).
No pets
No couples
No smoking or vaping.
No marijuana
No illicit drug use
No guns
No partying.
Alcohol is acceptable as long as you are responsible.
No overnight guests (flexible but no more than a few days).
Must be ok with roommates working different shifts (night/day shift).
Must maintain good hygiene (poor hygiene is grounds for breaking the lease).
Street parking with possible driveway parking if any is available. There is plenty of street parking.
Background check required.
No criminal records or evictions (no exceptions).
Must provide proof of work.
I will give you a 30day notice to leave if the lease must be broken for whatever reason and the same is requested if you must leave for any reason.
