Emily S - $1,500/month

Hi! My name is Emily and I am looking for 1 roommate to apartment hunt with in Astoria/Steinway, with a budget of $1500 ($3000 total) and June 2026 move in (some wiggle room for May). I would like to live with someone who is:

-A female working professional between 25-30
-reasonably clean and quiet, although I would like to be friends/friendly with my roommate.
-okay with people being over occasionally on the weekends as I have friends in the area.
-won't have long term guests (people who stay for multiple days in a row)
-wants to get out of the house, get food, go to the park, gym, etc. I am very active and hope to live someone who is the same!
