Hello there! I am a young at heart professional lady who likes to laugh and be around people with a sense of humor. I am also serious minded. I am working to finish my masters degree. Rents have gone up and I need help paying off my student loans.
Looking for a roommate who can pass the apartment's rental qualification requirements (lease ends April 28, 2024), who doesn't mind my sweet cat (he won't jump on you or mess with you, not a lap kitty), who will pay their bills on time and keep common areas clean. Basically follow the Golden Rule and we are good!
When I am not in school, I enjoy going to concerts (new stuff, too! Eclectic taste), music, singing, going out to restaurants to try new foods, going to the gym to stay in shape (on-site gym is very well stocked), finding cool activities, and going out with the guy I have been seeing. No, he won't be over much, except when I need help with moving things or techie things. He has his own place. He does pick me up for dinners from time to time.
I am basically mind my own business, do not pass judgments, and respect people for who they are. Human kindness goes a long way in my book!
