Kylie B - $500/month

Hi my names Kylie. I moved here in January of last year from Grand Rapids, Michigan . I have had my own place before but because I had no idea my hours would fluctuate so drastically I wasnt able to afford to live on my own anymore... a lot of my family still lives in Michigan so I could only move in with my aunt out here. I do have more stable hours now so my last situation won’t happen again but I wanted to play it safe to start out. My time here is iffy weather my aunt will let me stay for as long as I need so I wanted to try to rent out a room so I wouldn’t have to go through the normal leasing out of an apartment again. I am clean, I’m not loud or obnoxious, I love dogs but don’t mind cats, I don’t have people over all the time only one person occasionally, I don’t smoke unless u do lol and same with drinking. I won’t bother u if u don’t want much interaction but if ur a friendly person I’ll be friendly back, the most I cook are eggs and toast, sometimes cookies nothing crazy I usually eat out tho, I have barley any furniture just a full bed, a 55’ tv and and small dresser and shelf unit.
